We ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.  Any cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Please understand that we uphold this policy, as it is very difficult to fill a spot last minute.  If you are within the 48 hour mark you will not be able to edit your appointment online, please contact LUXE Body Bar directly by texting the ezconnect or by calling (269) 270-3938.
